In these terms and conditions (“Terms”), the expressions “we”, “our” or “us” means Fitter Circle Ltd (“Fitter Circle”), and references to “you” means the customer who agrees to follow these Terms.

By registering to use our mobile application (“App”), platform, services or website, you agree to these Terms, which should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. These may be updated from time to time and we will notify you of any significant changes. Please check our website or app for the latest versions.

1. Fitter Circle Services

1.1 We provide an online service via iOS/Android App where you can purchase digital gift cards or vouchers from retailers and earn cashback or reward points.

1.2 To use the App correctly, ensure your operating system and app version are up to date.

1.3 Retailers control where and how vouchers can be redeemed. We are not responsible for their accuracy.

1.4 Cashback Points vary by retailer, payment method, or promotions, and will be displayed at purchase.

1.5 Errors in displayed cashback rates may occur; we reserve the right to correct such errors.

2. Registering an Account

2.1 You must register for an account before using Fitter Circle.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident, and use a valid UK mobile number.

2.3 You agree to provide accurate and current information.

2.4 You must keep your email and mobile number up to date.

3. Placing Orders

3.1 Before purchasing, check the retailer's terms on voucher use.

3.2 We may reject orders if:

  • You are under 18 or not UK-based.
  • You are acting on someone else's behalf.
  • The voucher is unavailable.

3.3 After acceptance and payment, vouchers should appear in your account promptly. If not received within 2 hours, contact vj@fittercircle.com.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment is taken when we confirm acceptance of your order.

4.2 Purchases are final once vouchers are issued — no cancellations or refunds unless legally required.

4.3 Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the retailer's approval.

4.4 Faulty vouchers entitle you to a replacement or refund.

5. Cashback Points

5.1 Cashback Points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

5.2 Bonus Points (e.g., referral bonuses) expire after 6 months.

5.3 Cashback Points are tied to individual accounts and non-transferable.

5.4 Abuse of the reward system may result in suspension or forfeiture.

6. Redeeming Cashback Points

6.1 Points may be redeemed once you reach 1,000 points (equal to £10).

6.2 Redemption options:

  • Bank transfer (subject to transfer fee & security checks)
  • Digital gift cards

6.3 You are responsible for providing accurate bank details.

6.4 Payments may take time due to banking systems outside our control.

7. Limit of Liability

7.1 We accept liability for:

  • Death/personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Obligations that cannot be excluded by law

7.2 We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors in cashback display
  • Expired/unredeemed vouchers
  • Third-party retailer products or services
  • Losses from misuse of the App or breach of Terms

8. Changing or Suspending Services

8.1 We may change services or App features with notice.

8.2 Updates may be required; without updates, the App may not function.

8.3 We may suspend services for maintenance, legal, or security reasons.

9. Termination

9.1 You may cancel your account at any time via the App or by emailing us. Unredeemed points will be lost.

9.2 We may terminate accounts if:

  • Inactive for 12+ months
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Breach of Terms
  • Security risks

10. Disputes

10.1 Complaints should be directed to vj@fittercircle.com.

10.2 These Terms are governed by English law. Claims may be brought in English courts, or in the UK nation where you live.

11. Other Important Terms

11.1 We may transfer our contract to another organisation.

11.2 No third party has rights under these Terms.

11.3 If a clause is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

11.4 Delays in enforcing Terms do not waive rights.

11.5 You must not misuse the App (fraud, hacking, infringement, offensive content, etc.).

11.6 Intellectual property belongs to Fitter Circle or its licensors.
